WOW! If you’re looking for a fabulous, fresh, delicious, homey restaurant, look no further. Kato Ramen blew my expectations right out of the water! Everything from the appetizers to the main courses were delicious. The Chashu Don is seriously amazing, bursting with flavor and the perfect combination of flavor. One of the few times a place is as good as advertised. The bao buns were more like a bao sandwich but was definitely a nice appetizer. The ramen was the real star, I had the featured duck shoyu ramen, let me tell you the ducks was among the best prepared duck I've ever had. The jammy egg, bok choy, bamboo shoots, broth and noodles pulled together a perfectly hearty bowl. Top 3 bowls I've ever had.

We've made it out here for two Friday Night Ramen nights and both times were excellent. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, and the service are all an honest-to-God 10/10. We will definitely be back, thank you guys for everything!! 🩷🍜
