Kenyon Inn & Restaurant

Our experience of The Kenyon Inn was uneven. Our guest room was very comfortable! We loved the bed and walk in shower. The entrance to the hotel is very tired and needs updating. The restaurant terrace was a lovely option. The service was excellent. My salad and glass of wine were very good. The bread seemed warm up but not freshly baked. The berry tart was very liquid like. I did not eat. It looked horrible. The hotel is very quiet. The inn needs a dramatic transformation given it expresses the hospitality of the great Kenyon College. University and college hotels and inns must strive to be excellent to welcome parents of students, alumni, visiting faculty and esteemed guests. The college needs to match the beauty of the campus with an inn that also manifests beauty too. You can and must do better.
