THIS WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! I had jerk chicken, Rasta pasta and cabbage 😋 yummy! The jerk chicken is what hooked my nose in traffic! My experience was at the truck. The chicken was full of flavor and smoked to perfection (more bone than I like), and the flavors in the cabbage made my mouth happy! I had yams too! Just go try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed! But call ahead. You definitely have to be patient. The chicken is cooked when you order it. It's like waiting for the meat to be done at a grill out 🤣
