This is a wonderful cafe with an amazing mission! You pay what you can for delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. You are seated when you arrive, but go up to the counter to order and tell them your table number. When you order, they'll tell you the suggested donation amount, but you can give more or less, and they give away lots of meals. We were there for breakfast on Saturday, and I had eggs, fantastic bacon, and well-cooked home fries (potato chunks). If you eat in, drinks are complimentary and they have a station for them, you go tell them what you'd like and they pour it. The people serving and cleaning up are all volunteers, and they do a great job. I will be returning!

The food is great and the people are are even better! A very interesting concept and wish more like this were around. Mary and all of her helpers are just wonderful! Have her tell you the whole story as to how this place came to be. Please don't pass this place up if you're nearby. And if you don't leave with a smile on your face, there's something wrong.

We love this place. Great food. Friendly volunteers that take good care of you. A great chef who creates the most awesome dishes. A place worth eating at.
