I am so happy we now have a restaurant that serves Indonesian food in the Chicagoland. Everything that we tried was very good. We had tahu isi (Indonesian deep fried vegetable stuffed tofu), lumpia (Indonesian chicken spring roll), crab rangoon and fried wonton for appetizers. They were all outstanding. For main dish, we had nasi uduk and ayam goreng (Indonesian coconut rice and fried chicken), babi kecap (Indonesian braised pork with sweet soy sauce), Indonesian noodle with chicken and mushroom, Indonesian noodle with chicken, wonton and meatballs, and Indonesian fried rice. Again, they were all delicious. We also had a Mocha Lapis Surabaya birthday cake. It’s and Indonesian 3 layer cake. Very yummy.

We’ve been coming to Koo’s about twice a month and every time is outstanding! The chicken fried rice is huge, delicious and very flavorful. Crab Rangoon and beef egg rolls are excellent and always great reheated if there’s any left. We love their service and they’re super friendly-always taking time to thank us and invite us back. Customers for life!
