Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is my new favorite place to get vegan dishes! I brought my grand children there and was so pleased with the fresh fruit and non dairy options. The coffee was really good too. We got a super granola bowl and egg sandwich with fresh fruit. The wait staff were friendly. My only warning is that this place is BUSY. It took a while to get our food because they make it fresh and it was busy.

Incredible Coffee, But Limited Food Options Korppi Coffee delivers exceptional coffee quality — one of the few spots that genuinely knows how to pull a proper espresso shot. Whether you’re comparing it to big chains or other Twin Cities coffee shops, the quality here stands out. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. Where it falls short is the food department. The menu leans heavily into vegan, gluten-free, and organic options — which is great for some, but if you’re looking for a classic sandwich or something heartier, you’re out of luck. No meat-based options, and the ones available feel overpriced for what you get. Still, if your main goal is great coffee in a cozy atmosphere, Korppi is a standout choice.
