I had an incredible experience at K-Pot Korean Barbecue in Ocala! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting—perfect for a night out or a special occasion. The selection of food is absolutely top-notch! They have a vast inventory of fresh meats, seafood, and produce—both for the grill and the soups. Each bite was bursting with flavor. Just a heads-up: there is a two-hour limit at your table once seated, so plan accordingly. And if you come with a group, everyone will need to get the same meal—no sharing between soup and barbecue options. The soup add-on is just $5.99 per person, so everyone can enjoy it! Also, keep in mind their lunch prices run Monday through Friday, and dinner pricing is all day on the weekends. I can't recommend this place enough—definitely a must-visit!

I was excited to try the food at this place, but I have to admit the beef was disappointing. I ordered a Beef Bulgogi Bento Box. The rest of the food was good (kimchi, gyoza, and the side soup), but what kind of meat is this? At least 70% of it was solid chunks of fat, and it was also “swimming” in oil. On top of that, the meat was chopped up so much that it was impossible to separate the fat to try to eat the rest. As you can see in the photo, everything on the side are pieces of fat, not counting what was still in the beef itself because I eventually gave up trying to remove it and simply didn’t eat it.

MUST GO! Don't be scared or overwhelmed!! The staff is SUPER helpful in explaining how to eat here. We have been to other hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurants but this combines the BEST of both worlds. We love the buffet style so we can get started right away and pick out all our favorites! Everything was so clean. Very organized. Professional, courteous staff. Can accommodate huge, large groups!! Great selections of beer, wine, and Boba!! We will definitely be returning. 💎 💎 💎 💎 💎 Check out the buffet selection video in this post!! AMAZING.
