Amazing mediterranean food with excellent service! The workers were very helpful with explaining their different menu items. I got the lamb kabob plate, which was grilled to perfection and had an authentic flavor. The mixture of the lamb with the rice and tomatoes hit the spot. Their home made hummus was also excellent and tasted very fresh. My girlfriend got the gyro wrap and this came loaded with gyro meat and tzatziki sauce. We were both super happy with the food and can't wait to come back and try some of their other dishes!

Tried Kuubs for the first time and it’s definitely a hidden gem in Eden Prairie. I had the Volcano Bowl which came with a base of rice, a little hummus, fresh salad, pickled red cabbage, and cucumber, topped off with sour cream and onion. The chicken was super flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice. The gyro was fantastic, with a super soft pita that made it next-level good. The fries were crispy and addictive, and the baklava might be the best I’ve ever had, perfectly flaky and soft. Everything was made fresh in front of me, portions were generous, and the vibe is casual but really inviting. So glad to have a spot like this in the suburbs!

Amazing experience at KUUBS Modern Mediterranean. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients — everything tasted spot on. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to dine in and relax.
