A Flavor Experience at KYNN Âu My wife and I stopped by KYNN Âu for lunch and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s cozy, clean, and welcoming. We were seated immediately, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We kicked things off with two of their signature drinks — the Lychee Rise Tea and the Soda Peach Tea — and both were absolutely delicious and refreshing. Easy 10/10 on the drinks. For our starter (because my wife always says life’s too short to not have dessert first), we ordered the fried bananas with coconut ice cream. The bananas were fried perfectly — crispy on the outside and warm on the inside — and paired beautifully with the creamy coconut ice cream. Definitely a 9/10. Next up were the Chicken Kumquat Wontons, which had a completely different flavor profile compared to traditional wontons. Personally, I preferred them without the kumquat, but my wife loved the citrus twist. We’d give those a 6/10 overall. For entrées, we started with the Pineapple Crab Fried Rice, and it did not disappoint. Bold, savory flavors balanced perfectly with bright citrus notes from the pineapple — a solid 8/10. Then came the dish I judge the most: Pad See Eww. It’s my all-time favorite. My favorite Thai restaurant unfortunately closed down, and I haven’t found anything close to it — until now. The flavor profile of this dish was the same, if not better. It brought me right back to the first time I had it years ago when I couldn’t stop eating. This one gets a 100/10 from me. Our final entrée was the Khao Soi Chiang Rai, which came with side garnishes so you can customize it to your taste. The broth had a robust, complex depth of flavor — savory, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Another strong 8/10. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Great service, flavorful dishes, and a cozy atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

You would not expect a restaurant like Kynn Nu in Loma Linda. The chef and team put so much care and love into their food, drinks, and overall an elevated guest experience, and it truly shows. I am so glad this place exists in the IE! It’s definitely a rare gem. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the fresh spring rolls, papaya salad (Thai style-vegan), crispy okra, garlic green beans, morning glory, jackfruit curry, pad thai boran, drunken noodle. All of their handcrafted drinks are unique and tasty too!! There hasn’t been one I didn’t like. I am looking forward to coming back soon to try more curries and other signature dishes/drinks!! Thank you chef & staff!!!

This place is insanely underrated. If this were in central LA it would be booked out months in advance and have a James Beard award. Truly impeccable service, attentive and sweet. Amazing atmosphere and presentation. Best food. I travel all over the country for work and find the best restaurants everywhere, and this place is one of the best restaurants in the US. And easily the best Thai food in America. I’ve had some very hyped and Michelin star Thai places and they do not compare to this place even remotely. This place is even worth driving out from LA just to try.
