10/10 La Cocina has become one of my favorite spots in Roseburg, I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is made fresh in the cleanest kitchen, pretty sure you could eat off the floor. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and there is something on the menu for everyone. They have a variety of fresh squeezed juices & Agua Fresca, fruit bowls, vegetarian options, and fresh Mexican dishes. My favorites: Chamoy Bowl, Chilaquiles, & Birria Quesadillas.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Clean, cute simple decor and amazing food. Definitely would recommending this place to get a quick fix for Mexican food. We got the chilaquiles and birria torta, both were fantastic.

Don't sleep on this place!!!! Just because they have a great vegetarian option doesn't mean that the traditional menu is bland. On the contrary, the traditional menu sends you to your abuelas house and if it doesn't, well that's another story. Make sure you ask for spicy salsa to give your meal an extra kick of deliciousness!! Had the carne asada burrito and the mix of the rice, beans, and cheese I thought I was with my grandmother. Great atmosphere and fabulous food, will be stopping here every time I drive I-5. My daughter only wanted meat on her tacos, but the meat was amazing!!!!
