I just moved from Thornton to Golden and this is my new favorite restaurant. It's not just the food, which on its own is incredibly good. The staff is amazing. They have created a warm atmosphere with very friendly service. The menu is diverse, interesting, well prepared and with a variety of sauces.

SO good. After having just spent time in Mexico, La Huacha hits the nail on the head with authenticity (that doesn’t make me an expert, obviously, but I like to think I’m a good judge of food quality). The pork in the pastor tacos was perfectly seasoned, and we loved the quesa birria tacos as well. Two for one margs on a Monday was the cherry on top. The service was fast, and our waitress was so nice. We’ll absolutely be back.

Really good service by Juan. The chips and Salsa were the best I’ve had ever. Loved Juan for that. Chicken Fajita was alright, Chicken tacos were quite good. Horchata was meh, won’t have that again.
