We waited approximately 50 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given how busy the restaurant was. I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere here because it’s usually very calming and welcoming. After being seated, our drinks arrived quickly. We informed the staff member who brought our drinks that we were ready to order, and she stated she would get our server. However, it took an additional 15–20 minutes for our server to come to our table. Once our server arrived, there was no follow-up or check-in during our visit. When we requested the bill, she brought it to the table but did not return to complete the payment. After waiting, I had to get up and ask another server to assist us. During this time, our original server was walking around and speaking with other guests. While I understand that busy periods can be challenging, the lack of communication and attentiveness made this visit frustrating. I usually enjoy coming here, but this experience fell short of the level of service I’ve come to expect.

I really enjoyed this spot. The atmosphere was perfect. I loved how attentive our waitress was. The food was out fast and tasted so delicious. The chilaquiles were also amazing. My bean soup was good but I did feel the ground turkey lacked slight flavor. My salad was so scrumptious and refreshing. I will be back to try some more menu items!
