Great place to eat! The food and margaritas were excellent and it has a nice atmosphere too. A bit more trendy or modern-seeming than most Mexican restaurants I've been to, but with no sacrifice in the food quality. Even the chips are extra-good. We'll definitely eat there again next time we're in Wilson.

We decided to stop here for a late lunch while traveling on I95. What an excellent surprise!!! The food was great and service extra quick, but the best thing were the Margaritas…simply delicious. What wonderful gem of a pit stop!!!

I absolutely LOVE La Ranch. Since moving to Wilson a couple of years ago from the Raleigh area, this is THE spot. The food is always great. The vibe is amazing. But the people are what make this place such a desire to be a regular. Miguel and Eric are the best bartenders in Wilson hands down! All of the servers are excellent (especially Ashley). Don’t think about going anywhere else. This is it!
