When I tell you this is the BEST Mexican food I've ever had, I mean that 1000% as a Latino who has had some great Mexican food in my life. The chips, salsa, every single item and sauce was made in-house and fresh. The birria chilaquiles were so amazing it felt like we were having a religious experience. Same with the pozole and the tacos. You can tell that all the food is made with love and care as soon as you order it. If you're in the Hickory area for any reason, you absolutely HAVE to try this place out.

It's also unique in that after you pick out what you want to eat and drink, you place your order with the cashier. I very much enjoyed the green enchiladas. My love enjoyed the beef fajitas. And we both enjoyed delicious margaritas. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. They served the food and regularly checked on us. The atmosphere was pleasant and full of artwork and tropical plants. It was perfect for our date night.

Torta was amazing the fresh made chips and guacamole was awesome had the fried plantains with desert sauce will have it again. The tacos and consomme i don't recommend. It's was greasy and meat was fatty and consomme as you can see in pictures the layer of grease. Our food came out a bit at a time and they forgot about some of the food. Please recover the sort of white cushions on outdoor chairs. Parking is very little.
