I found a rare European French–style café in the neighborhood. I stopped by Eden Auto for car repairs and decided to look for a café nearby while waiting, and that’s how I discovered La Valse des Fleurs. I originally thought it was a bank, but I was told it opened just last October. As soon as I walked in, French chansons were playing, and even while simply enjoying a cup of coffee, I felt a true sense of French atmosphere. It was incredibly relaxing—an absolute healing spot. The decorative objects throughout the café are beautiful, the coffee tastes great, and the owner is genuinely kind. The sofa was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Hands down, this is the best café I’ve visited in a long time. Definitely a place I want to come back to often.

Every detail in this place is perfectly crafted to make you feel special. 🌷 The aesthetic of the place is beautiful; it invites you to stay and have a pleasant and meaningful conversation with your friends. We tried three different matcha drinks; the one I liked the most was the mango one. The desserts were delicious. I will definitely come back to try the brunch items soon.

A HIDDEN GEM! An absolutely gorgeous French café, from the music to the décor to the coffee, every detail is thoughtfully curated. I had a goat milk coffee infused with rose syrup and cardamom. It's delicate, fragrant, and topped with rose petals. Truly something special. A perfect spot for some peaceful alone time or a cozy catch-up with friends. There’s also a private room available for groups of 9 or more, perfect for gatherings or small events. Outdoor seating is an option too. There’s plently parking both out back and on the street.
