Laguna Lounge

My friend and I visited Laguna Lounge yesterday around 5:20 PM, just after they opened. As we walked in, we noticed a couple of staff members unboxing hookah, and it took a moment for anyone to acknowledge us. After we confirmed they were open, we found a seat and eventually a server came over to take our drink order. After a bit of a wait, we placed our food order: chicken nachos for my friend and a combination of beef and chicken kebabs for me. We asked for both kebabs on the same plate, but unfortunately, the service was quite slow. Other diners who arrived after us received their meals first, which was frustrating. When our food finally arrived, the nachos were disappointingly dry, with cold cheese sauce and uninspired flavor. The chips were good, and the chicken was decent, but overall, it felt like a lack of care. We also had to repeatedly ask for utensils and additional attention from the staff, who seemed distracted and disengaged. When the kebabs finally came out after an hour almost, they were served on separate plates with cold rice, even though we requested them together. The kebabs were good to me however the rice wasn’t warm at all. By the time we were ready to pay, we encountered more delays, and the staff had difficulty providing change for a large bill. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The food and service didn’t live up to expectations, and it felt like a lack of proper training and care. I hope they can improve, because I was genuinely excited to visit.

The middle eastern cuisine exceeded expectations with its rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Great vibes with hookah lounge. The service was equally impressive — Sarah was exceptional, attentive, welcoming, and enhanced the overall dining experience. All the staff were awesome! A must-visit spot for anyone looking for authentic middle eastern food.

Nice vibes all the way around food was so good main course and appetizers. Literally the HOOKAH best I ever had. Music good vibes. Parking was perfect. I will definitely go back.
