This place is bright and open with beautiful decor and wooden bar. The mocha iceed coffee was delicious and the shake add-ons are always a nice touch. The staff greets you right as you walk in and explain the menu if it's your first time. There are several booths and tables to sit and hang out.

This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. There was no real welcome beyond a quick hello. When I asked about the menu she simply pointed to the counter without offering much explanation. There was no real effort to engage or acknowledge me as a customer. The place was empty, (aside from the kids in the corner)so there was plenty of time to make a connection, especially with a first-time visitor. As someone who’s worked in customer service, I know how important it is to build relationships and make customers feel valued. A simple, “Is this your first time?” or offering suggestions based on what I was looking for would’ve gone a long way. To be fair, the shake was absolutely amazing, but the lack of hospitality made the overall experience disappointing. Sadly, I won’t be returning. I’d rather try somewhere that not only delivers great products but also a welcoming atmosphere.
