Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place is probably my favorite diner. Service is always amazing. Food is soooo good and they give you a lot! I mean the potato skins are the size of my forearm. Definitely recommend. Plus, it's a big place so plenty of seating for those busy hours.

Food is good and consistent! Also their service is top notch and they take care of their customers. For example, my GF recently tried their beef pot pie special (it looked amazing) however it kinda tasted like apple pie - which was a little weird and not at all what was expected. Not sure if that was the intent but after talking to the server they took it off the bill and that's excellent customer service! All of the classics are excellent and they offer really good specials. Will be there this weekend!

We went for dinner on a Thursday night. The diner is spacious and nicely updated, yet it still retains that classic New Jersey diner charm. The food and service were both very good. Our server was working hard and stayed attentive, even as the place got busy. While we were seated right away, there was a wait by the time we left. I had the French onion soup and the corned beef sandwich—both were delicious. The portions were very generous, and the French fries were especially good. My wife had the turkey dinner, which she enjoyed, though she wasn’t a fan of the garlic mashed potatoes.
