The customer service here is genuinely outstanding—some of the best I’ve experienced. Everyone is kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Doors held open, thoughtful gestures, and even complimentary items that make you feel appreciated. The food is great, but what really sets this place apart is how they treat people. Highly recommend.

I live in New Jersey, but I always make sure to get food from Lanna Thai in Laconia, NH every time I am in the area. Out of all the thai food I’ve had, Lanna Thai has the best quality of food, variety in menu, and prices. The owners/staff are very kind, genuine, and hard-working. The food is absolutely incredible - I have never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend the pad see ew, tom kha soup, crab rangoons, crispy duck, and panang curry (but really, you can’t go wrong with ANY menu item). I keep wanting to take a photo of the food to post a review, but my family and I eat it before I remember… it’s THAT good. If you live in the area or are just visiting, do not miss out on this restaurant! It is only takeout, so place an order and bring some home for the whole family. Best thai food ever!
