The steaks here are so very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The food comes out fast and the servers are polite and very enthusiastic. The table guacamole is a must! The pina colada margarita was wonderful, for a medium quite large. The atmosphere can be quite loud on weekends but it is a fun experience. We also had the fried ice cream and presentation was beautiful with a wonderful taste.

We went because the reviews were great, but it exceeded our expectations. They make the guacamole fresh right in front of you, and you can choose and serve your own salsa. The portions are generous for the price, and everything was absolutely delicious. You must try the ceviche. The steak was a bit tough, though. We’ll definitely stop by Valdosta again just to come back here.

Excellent experience at Las Carretas. Authentic Mexican food with great flavor. We had the fajitas and the molcajete, and everything was delicious and well prepared. The service from Ana Paula was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place we’ll come back to. Highly recommended
