What a pleasant surprise! A beautiful little restaurant in Charleston wv along the Kanawha river under the S. Side bridge. Reservation a must . Ample parking. The hostess was very pleasant, our table was not ready yet so she offered us a seat at the bar for a pre dinner cocktail. My husband had a cherry smoked old fashioned and it was very good, I just stuck to something I know grey goose and tonic with lime in a pretty decent size glass and not filled with ice cubes!! We didn't wait long at all, we were early, and we were taken to our table. The menu had so many wonderful things it took a while... So we started with the lobster stuffed mushroom and the Parmesan crusted escargot , yummy, and the fresh warm bread was delicious. Next we both had the shrimp and lobster bisque, perfect creamy with lots of chucks of shrimp and lobster. Tableside Caesar salad was made perfect by our server Mo. She was absolutely fantastic, timed everything perfectly and my husband never had an empty water glass!! Now main entree I had the Beef Oscar and my husband had Steak Diane, which came highly recommended by our hostess. Both were outstanding, tender and perfectly cooked to medium rare. Believe or not ,we did have dessert.. again Mo made the perfect table side bananas foster. We enjoyed everything about this restaurant and can't wait to go back to try other things.

I’ll say, absolutely phenomenal!!! Well worth the money. I had the opportunity to eat here for prom with a friend of mine. The food was jaw dropping and the service was very friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to eat here again in the future!! I also recommend getting a reservation too.

A very special place for special memories. My husband and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at Laury’s. Our server, James, made a great dinner recommendation with the Steak Diane which had two fillet mignon medallions, with a wonderful mushroom sauce and side. The fillets were sooo good! The food portions are huge and well worth the price. The evening ended with a flaming bananas foster dessert - scrupulous! Beautiful decor and ambiance during the Christmas holidays.
