Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I ordered an avocado sandwich, it was ok, lacked a little of imagination. The croissant was pretty good and the macarons were really good. The atmosphere seem a little sad, maybe it was just the time of the day I went. This place is no longer entirely vegan, and has changed their name to Pluto

Visited Seattle from out of state a few weeks ago, looks like they've rebranded since that trip...standout was the breakfast sandwich, I've had better protein patties but overall this was the best version of this sandwich I've had, nice & crunchy muffin and amazing cheese - charred but warm & gooey

The internet says lazy cow, the walls say pluto organic cafe, whichever you prefer, they have great vegan options and I love their vegan breakfast sandwich. Smoothies too 🤤
