Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We received an invitation from my kid's friend to enjoy Thai cuisine. The environment was fantastic, and I ordered crab fried rice at $20. My daughter and her friend preferred Pad Thai, while her friend's mom selected papaya salad and crab rangoon. The culinary expertise in cooking the rice was truly impressive. I could distinctly taste the freshness of the crab meat. Given the price, I felt it was a good value. Unfortunately, my experience with crab fried rice in Texas was disappointing compared to this one in California. Having lived in California for six years, I miss it and wish Texas had better food options.

I ordered Panang Curry & Drunken Noodles & I liked the food. The flavors were really good and the food came out hot and fresh. You can actually see them cooking with the flame over the pan, which got me excited. The curry had a great creamy texture and the noodles were clearly wok-tossed properly. The only downsides were that the curry had some extra oil on top which affected the presentation a bit, and both dishes had quite a lot of red chili flakes despite ordering medium spice. I could handle the heat, but I did have to remove most of the flakes. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back. Just be aware that their medium spice might run a little hotter than expected.

Le DEE Thai Cuisine is an absolute hidden gem that deserves way more attention. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt warm, inviting, and spotless; the kind of place you instantly feel comfortable dining in. The food came out impressively fast, and every dish was bursting with flavor. I ordered the Crying Tiger, Honey Buttered Garlic Wings, and Pad Thai; and each one was incredible in its own way. The Crying Tiger was tender and perfectly seasoned, the wings were the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the Pad Thai had that authentic, crave-worthy taste that makes you want to come back the next day. If you’re looking for amazing Thai food in Chino Hills, don’t overlook this spot. Le DEE Thai Cuisine is a must-try; fresh, flavorful, and run with genuine care and hospitality.
