Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

3/2/26 update great soup and mango sticky rice. ...amazing service. Thank you Dolph! 2/28/26-Don’t know how I’ve missed this place all these years, but it could not be better. Excellent service, exquisite food, and great prices. Do yourself a favor and support this great local establishment.

When we walked in, we were greeted by a kind and genuine face. Our interactions were similar throughout, with the staff being very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the pad Thai and the boat noodle soup. My partner liked his pad Thai. Flavorful, a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Noodles were cooked well and tossed in with perfectly cooked vegetables. I got the boat noodles and loved it. The broth had so much depth and comfort to it. The beef was so tender, practically melted in your mouth. Everything went together so well. 10/10 would eat it again. The mango sticky rice was about what you'd expect. Familiar and pleasant. Well balanced in creaminess and sweetness. Mangoes aren't in season during this time of the year, but you wouldn't be able to tell with this one. There was also chicken dumplings we got as appetizers; also what you'd expect. Familiar and crispy. I didn't even need to taste the food to know the food was good because there was never not someone there to pick up their delivery while we ate. One person after another, after another. In total, maybe 7-8 different people coming in to pick up their orders within a 40-minute window. Liang's is tucked away behind some construction but was worth the drive!

We always get takeout from Liang's and it the BEST Thai food! I usually get the Panang Curry (Level 2) which is absolutely stunning! The Fried Rice (with chicken) is also excellent choice. I'm sure everything else on the menu is terrific as well but my weekend go-to is surely the Panang Curry. It consistently delivers the perfect combination of creamy curry sauce, spice, vegetables, and chicken for a Thai delight!
