Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

People say this is one of the best fish tacos in greater Portland and they are right. I think it's near the top because of the total experience. Lovely place, lovely staff, amazing salsas of which there are at least four. Great chips. I still give it a five stars even though I think my fish batter was way overcooked. Look at the photo and tell me what you think?

We love going to Little Conejo. They have great vegetarian taco options, often including a seasonal special (I still miss the fried potato taco with fried jalepeño salsa 🤤). I love the nachos during happy hour. The service is excellent, too. My one critique is that their margaritas aren’t always consistent (different recipes with different bartenders, it seems), but overall the drinks are good too. I think they have the best salsa for their tacos in town - not watery at all and their tacos pack great flavor.

Tried 4 of the tacos, the best were the chorizo one and the al pastor, the norteno was solid, the fish taco was really hyped up in the reviews but it was pretty average. The chorizo and al pastor earned the 5 stars by themselves
