Doordashed their food today, their salad came like this. Called to ask for a refund on just the salad and they said they couldnt as it was part of the meal (dont understand why you cant just refund the side salad price but ok) and told us they would give more salad instead. Then took a bite of the food and it was pure disgusting. I wouldnt feed that mess to my dogs. Doordash refunded the whole amount and I dont blame them due to them having to deliver disgusting food to customers. The person on the phone was rude as hell and there was just no arguing with them as they just wanted to give us more disgusting food. I would go somewhere else if I was you! As a response to your message, door dash delivered the meal to us promptly as we watched them drive here. The salad was cold as well so I dont agree with you blaming doordash as the reason for the color of the salad. Also did not reach out to doordash until we were refused a refund so that doesnt make sense either. Doordash was our last contact to resolve the matter because you would not.

We used to love this place! Lately, the service has been a little off but the food is still good on the hibachi side. We’re really missing the “old soup” before it became clear… Today We ordered the teriyaki chicken hibachi with fried rice for lunch, but got it as takeout. It was $26 for one plate. No soup or salad. The chicken was chewy and bland, and the rice tastes like it’s a day old. No seasoning no egg no veggies just rice that’s slightly beige in color. Huge waste of money and HUGE disappointment. I’m not giving up on them yet, but it’s gotta be better! 😭

We had a party of 20. The staff and chefs were friendly. The food was amazing.
