Local Flow is such a cozy, welcoming spot with delicious and nourishing menu options. I tried their February specials, the Strawberry Matcha and their February Sweetheart Bowl—both were amazing! I’ve struggled to find a matcha in town that I love, and this one absolutely hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience and also is now one of my favorite spots. I tried the sweet tooth bowl, the flavors are very good and everything is fresh. Also, I am lactose intolerant so great selections of food. The cashier was very nice and kind. I will be back
