Lolo's Bowls

My son ultimately loved his bowl. I was a bit nervous because while he likes most things, he becomes “picky” on a whim. We entered the store at a slow time on a weekend and went right to the counter. We were greeted promptly. The menu was a bit confusing, so I looked to the girl at the register for recommendations. It was explained I just needed to pick a size of açaí and it was pretty much fully customizable. I placed an order for us to share an açaí bowl and we chose bananas, strawberries and raspberries with Nutella. After paying, I noticed another different girl take the order to make it. We sat down and waited, it was really quite quick. The taller metal chairs were a bit too high for my child, but we got it figured out. I will say the bowl was a bit pricey, but my kid loves fruit and it was a healthier option. When the bowl was ready, I noticed one of the fruit choices was different than we requested. Without making an issue, my kid enjoyed it! My only regret is not seeing a breakdown for add-ons for the bowl options, extra charges if any, it got pricey quickly. We did enjoy it and will definitely come back again.

Super excited to try this spot. Loved the Hawaiian acai and really appreciated the small sample before purchase. The staff is top notch - so knowledgeable & kind!

What a wonderful local place and a great addition to Lake Zurich! Nice clean cafe with a friendly staff. The Hawaii açaí bowl was delish!
