Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I come here frequently and I’ve literally never had a bad meal. I often get the hot Thai noodles and the are always wonderful, the peanut sauce is well flavored, the noodles are cooked exceptionally and the vegetables are always fresh. The staff is also incredibly kind; I usually eat inside alone which at other restaurants gets you weird looks or remarks about loitering but never at longboards. I can’t say enough good about this place!

We spend the holiday at Saint Joseph’s cabin by the river. Found longboards wraps and bowls and absolute no regrets. I ordered the -A-bomb wrap and it was delicious and very fulfilling. Fresh ingredients and flavorful. Service was great and welcoming. If decide to go back to Saint Joseph at some point I will definitely go to longboards wraps and bowls for a meal.

I might be slightly biased because I’ve been going to LB for nearly 20 years. Always loved it. Never had a bad experience but this was awful. I bought a wrap and a bowl. The bowl was loaded with half a bottle of sauce and undrained noodles. Had to remove 75% of the sauce. Terrible texture, flavor ok. I should have taken it back but got it to go. Thought it was a mistake but I ate the wrap later and it was swimming in sauce as well. I hope thats not the new training protocol. On top of that, the employee was very slow to get to the register, very low energy, no smiles, and barely any words. I tipped out of habit, not service. I understand having a bad day but dang, most likely wont be back to this location.
