Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Very cute diner. Obviously 50’s memorabilia. The food was very good! Honestly, it was better than I was expecting. And the staff was friendly!

I am so glad I stopped in to the Lost in the 50's Diner! I had a lovely lunch in the most retro (without being tacky) little diner. The staff was friendly, the options were plentiful and most wonderfully, the prices were fantastic! I totally look forward to getting a chance to stop in again and try something new!

Absolutely love this family owned Diner. This place is always busy but never disappoints. Coffee, service & food are amazing! The prices are very reasonable and the cook is one of the most hard working woman I have ever met! If you’re looking for a good breakfast spot this is the place to go! It gets busy so get there early for a table or expect to wait a while.
