Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The flavor was great! The food was very yummy. We ordered a pork belly sandwich, wings, beef salad bowl and spring rolls. We could have eaten more spring rolls. The egg roll that came with the salad bowl might have been the most yummy egg roll I have eaten in a long time. I highly recommend this place!!!

Stopped by Lotus Banh Mi for a little Vietnamese comfort in the chilly weather and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered the shrimp spring roll and the chicken pho. The spring roll was super fresh — the shrimp tasted great, and that peanut sauce? Let’s just say I wanted to dunk everything in it. The pho was solid too. The broth wasn’t life-changing, but it hit the spot perfectly while warming me up from the cold outside. The place itself is modern and clean, with that “fast casual but fancy enough to take a picture for Instagram” vibe. You order on the kiosk, and the food comes out faster than you can say “extra sriracha, please.” The service was great — friendly staff, no fuss, and everything just worked. Four stars because, while the pho was tasty, it wasn’t mind-blowing. Still, this is a solid spot if you’re craving Vietnamese food, need a warm bowl of pho, or just want to impress someone with your spring roll-eating skills. I’d come back, especially if the peanut sauce is involved — might even take a napkin or two to sneak some home.

I visited this cozy place in Naperville Downtown for its Beef Pho. The broth tastes authentic and the pho noodle is well-cooked (soft but till tender). Parking is easy to find since the Lotus Banh Mi is right at the corner, near US Bank.
