Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I’ve been here multiple times, and the food has been amazing every single time! The owners and all the staff are super friendly. I love the chicken and rice bowl with hummus. The portions are big, and their rice pudding is so delicious. Also, living in the apartment complex, it’s so convenient to just come and hang out. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in tonight at Lou Lou and was told they weren’t officially open yet, but they still allowed me in. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I asked the bartender to choose something good. She joked that everything was good and ordered the kefta and cheese for me, it was amazing. Everything tasted so fresh and clearly made in house. Overall, both the food and the experience were a 10/10. As a born and raised New Yorker, this place truly rivals spots in New York City. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this Lebanese restaurant! I tried a Cuba Libre, the traditional rice pudding, and the baklava, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic, perfectly balanced, and so comforting. The attention and service were amazing, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. You can really feel the love they put into their food and hospitality. I honestly love this place — بحب هالمكان
