Loving Hut in Seattle's Little Saigon is a must-visit for vegan Vietnamese cuisine enthusiasts. Reviewers rave about the fabulous pho, which is consistently praised as the best in the world. The Thai iced tea is also a hit, and the bah mi sandwiches and fried mushrooms are not to be missed. While the food is delicious, some reviewers note that the location, ambience, and service could use an upgrade. Be prepared for a potentially oily meal, as many dishes feature fried tofu. Additionally, communication with staff can be a challenge, and service may not always be well-orchestrated. Parking is available in a private lot, but be aware that hours and availability may vary.

Excerpts

The fabulous pho is the best pho in the entire world in my opinion. I crave it so bad, any time I am in Seattle I always get it. Here, not any other loving hut. The Thai iced tea was also delicious!

This place has really amazing food. It's in Little Saigon. I love the bah mi sandwiches and fried mushrooms. Organic smoothies are delicious. If you're vegan you need to come try this place. The only other vegan Vietnamese restaurant in the area is nowhere near as good.

Good food and unique taste. But the location, ambience and service all needs huge upgrade. Further the food is vegan but not healthy. Every dish has fried tofu and is oily. Communication with the staff was the challenge and service was quick but not orchestrated well. Rice came first and drinks later. Parking is private and was available.
