Last week in MA, someone told us to check out Luccas, and I’m so glad we did! It’s a really cool spot with super friendly staff. Our server Jane was awesome. The food was delicious! My wife and I loved the calamari. Our boys went crazy for the mac & cheese and cheeseburger—they gave everything two thumbs up. My wife enjoyed her seafood risotto. My chicken parm was huge—plenty to take home for leftovers, which I was happy about. It was tasty, though a little saucier than I like, but I managed! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town!

Very nice establishment. Staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to make proper recommendations. My wife had the Chicken Parm and I had a skirt Steak with Italian seasoning with a bag of fries. We shared a piece of cheese cake for dessert. The facilities were very clean. Food was fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good place to eat for a reasonable price.

We had what was shaping up to be a truly five-star experience. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our waitress was exceptional — attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night. She truly elevated the experience. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a disappointing note. When we asked about chocolate dipping sauce for our dessert, the owner came to the table and responded in a way that felt unnecessarily abrupt and unwelcoming. The tone and attitude took us by surprise and shifted the energy of what had otherwise been a lovely night. I still highly recommend the food and want to recognize the staff for their excellent service. I just hope future interactions — especially from ownership — reflect the same level of hospitality as the rest of the team.
