Stopped in at Luna Grill after picking up some fossilized algae from Leslie's Pool supplies. Ordered the following: Step 1: Chicken Step 2: Fries and Greek Salad Step 3: Schug For drink in had the fountain diet coke. Food was very good. Ate all of it except for a few of the fries that became soggy in the chicken juices. I must say that chicken cannot be made more perfect than the dish I had. My only critique is that I would swap the fries and salad location. That was some the fries are not in the chicken juices...or ask for fries on separate dish.... The manager came by each of the customers to ask if all was okay. I like to see the pride of a manager to his trade. I will stop by here again. Enjoy

NEVER going back here again. Just brought home a large to-go order, including a $14.79 Greek salad with chicken...that included no chicken. This amounts to stealing in my opinion. Please try any of the other great restaurants in the neighborhood and avoid this place.

I give this Luna Grill 10/5 stars. The customer service here is exceptional, particularly Maria. I live in Del Mar and prefer to go to the Poway location. The food is excellent and very fresh and the wait time is very minimal. The staff would check in if we needed anything and they even brought some hot pita while we were waiting, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Maria and your team for top notch customer service. Your beautiful energy, spectacular customer service, and your genuine hospitality made for an extremely impactful experience, one that you will never forget. I highly recommend this Luna Grill. Thank you again for your great customer service. I also work in customer service and to see others out there putting their heart into what they do goes a very long way and holds a special place in my heart.
