I have to say that was one of the tastiest lunches I had in a long time. I had some sort of burrito for lunch with bacon, chicken, cilantro, eggs, and some sort of delicious avocado (?) 'dressing' slathered all over it. The server / waitress / nice lady, Dani, who brought the food was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly too! It was my first time visiting, but won't be my last.

This was our first time eating here, and we didn't quite know what to expect. We were hungry and it was close by, so we thought, why not!? We thought the atmosphere was very neat. Boho/industrial. I loved the plants in the windows. The music was just a bit too loud for us, but the music genre was pleasant. We ordered nachos as an appetizer, 1 pork taco, 1 chicken taco, and the Bleu Jay with fries. We decided to share everything. For some reason, all of our food came out at the same time. I forgot to take pictures of the food! The sandwich was really good and the beer-battered fries were great. They had a great crispness to them. I ordered ranch and it was perfect thickness for dipping...no drips! Both of the tacos were okay, in our opinion, but the pork ones were the better choice. Sadly, the nachos were cold and soggy. If they would have been served before our meal, and warm, they would have been great. There is good flavor there, though. I had asked for no olives, but there were still olives that I had to pick out. The avocado verde had a great taste, but I am glad I ordered it on the side. My husband won't touch anything with avocado. I have recently been expanding my restaurant choices since being desensitized to several foods that I have reacted to. I will give them another try to see if the food timing is better. I might even bring in a slice or two of pineapple to throw on that sandwich....it would have made it the best sandwich ever.

The Magpie is easily one of the best spots to visit in Great Falls. ⭐ From the moment you walk in, most of the staff make you feel truly welcome with their kindness and positive attitude. The service is great, and it really adds to the overall experience. The food is absolutely incredible as well—everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. 🍽️ The atmosphere is stylish and unique, giving the place a vibe that feels a little different from the usual spots in the area—in a really good way. Many of the ingredients are made in-house, including their fruit-infused liquors that are used to create some amazing cocktails. 🍸 Both brunch and dinner are consistently delicious, and the drink menu offers plenty of great options. They’ve also recently opened a prohibition-style speakeasy bar called The Glass Bucket, which might just be the coolest small bar and casino in the city. 🎲 With so many food and drink choices, rotating desserts each week, and such a high level of quality, it’s impressive that the place has only been open for about three years. It already feels like a beloved local classic. Highly recommend checking it out! 👍
