Main Kitchen Cafe is a hidden gem for brunch, offering surprisingly good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Reviewers praise the cafe's tasty and beautifully presented dishes, with one reviewer specifically mentioning the foot as a highlight. The cafe's menu also caters well to vegetarians, making it a great option for those looking for plant-based options. However, be aware that Main Kitchen Cafe has a strict closing time, and reviewers have been turned away when arriving just before closing. It's best to plan ahead and arrive with plenty of time to spare, or risk being turned away. Additionally, the cafe can get busy, but reviewers have reported that wait times are generally manageable.

A great spot for breakfast. The Eggs Benedict and the steak were absolutely amazing! It’s a bit pricey for breakfast — I’d even say it feels more like a small restaurant — but it’s definitely worth it

We were turned away. We arrived at 1:20pm, with a posted closing time of 2:00. This is closer than I like to cut it, but I feel still reasonable. I get it. I'm not the kind of guy to show up 5 minutes prior to close and demand the works. But if you close at 2, you close at 2. If you don't, update your hours. Respect us, and we'll respect you. It's a shame, because the interior looked nice, and I hoped to find a new breakfast staple. Maybe I'll find my way back. But now I'm not confident.

In an area where you wouldn't necessarily expect a great brunch place to be, there's a great brunch place. I visited Main Kitchen Cafe with my son one Sunday morning and we had surprisingly good foot, tasty and beautifully presented. The place was busy but we didn't have to wait too long for a table. The menu has good options for vegetarians in both the sweet and savory categories. We both got versions of the Chilaquiles. My simpler-palated son got his with scrambled eggs and no sour cream. I asked for "chef's choice" and they brought mine with eggs over easy. It was truly delicious and beautiful looking in the bowl they served it with. The coffee was good enough. They've even got Beyond Sausage as a side option so, again as a vegetarian, I felt well taken care of here. The food is nice and upscale and we'll definitely come back to try more!
