Staffed by 1 FOH and 1 BOH employee while we were there. More than half the restaurant was full, but all the food I saw was picture-perfect and promptly served. My chicken fried steak with chorizo gravy was clearly homemade and precisely- crafted. Delectable. Well done, Manny's.
