Maria Cruz truly is a hidden gem in the heart of the RGV. Amazing food at good prices and good portions alongside excellent service is hard to find in the valley. The food is delicious and satiating while remaining light and healthy. The staff are very kind and friendly answering any questions you may have. The Matcha, Breakfast Tacos, Dora Burger and Rice Bowls are some of my personal favorites and easily the best items on the menu. The Matcha alone keeps me coming back. Even as a non vegan every time I dine here I leave full and happy. Maria Cruz is a MUST when in the valley to taste a perfect fusion of Hispanic and Plant Based Cuisine.

I ordered takeout with my daughter, we got the Dora burger & the beef burrito!!! It was so delicious, definitely will be ordering more often.

Everything we ordered was delicious!! Highly recommend! The hibiscus Fresca was incredible! This is comfort food with very fresh flavors!!
