GLUTEN FREE and Delicious!!! I have ordered several cakes from this business. “The Chocolate Coma” is a rich, chocolate cake that is not overly sweet. The “Carrot Cake” is very good as well although the frosting is a little too sweet for my taste. The cake itself is great. I just scrape off some of the frosting when I eat a slice. The cakes are pricey but, for those people who have gluten intolerance issues of one sort or another, these cakes allow a person to indulge. The business has no store front. I think the baker works out of her house. You place your order online and are notified where and when to pick up your order.

We ordered a dozen chocolate raspberry & chocolate cupcakes, and they were outstanding. The raspberry cupcake had an amazing raspberry filling with fresh raspberry on top. The chocolate cupcake was rich and decadent, with a really good chocolate filling. What impressed me most is that these cupcakes are gluten-free and vegan. We bought them to accommodate my sister’s dietary restrictions, and honestly, no one could tell. I had a hard time believing even though I knew. They were that moist and delicious. They also looked beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into the baking. I’m really glad to support a local business like this, and the quality absolutely makes it worth the price. Highly recommend!

My son has celiac disease so over the last 2 years it’s been a challenge finding good GF baked goods. He loves carrot cake and I’ve been on a quest to find him amazing gluten-free Carrot cake. I found Mars on a on a web search advertisement and decided to buy him a gluten-free carrot cake for his 40th birthday. We were so impressed, it is by far the best carrot Cake we have had. Even if you aren’t gluten-free this carrot cake is absolutely amazing for anybody. So professionally made and so delicious and moist We also bought her gluten-free hamburger buns and by far the best that we have tried Definitely will be a returning customer.
