I’ve actually been to Masala Junction twice now, and both times the food really hit the spot. It’s becoming one of those reliable go to places when I’m craving authentic Indian flavors. So whenever I visit Michigan i go to that restaurant.. So far I have tried Crispy Pakora: These were a great way to start. They were super crunchy on the outside and not too oily, with a nice savory flavor inside. Chilli Chicken Momo (Spicy because I prefer spicy): If you like heat, you’ll love these. They have a serious kick! The chicken was tender, and the spicy sauce they’re tossed in is bold. Definitely keep a drink nearby 😂😂 Tandoori Chicken: This had a really nice smoky flavor from the grill. The meat was well marinated in spices and had that classic charred look. Soup: It was a nice, warm, and simple way to prep the stomach before all the heavy spices. It was snowing outside so I think I ordered the best thing. The Main Course Chola Bature: This was a huge highlight. The chickpeas were savory and perfectly spiced, and the fried bread was big, fluffy, and satisfying. It’s a very filling dish. Butter Chicken: The ultimate comfort food. It was very creamy and rich with that slightly sweet tomato base. It’s perfect if you aren’t in the mood for anything too spicy but still want a lot of flavor. Chicken Vindalo: This was the complete opposite of the butter chicken. It was tangy, sharp, and had a deep spice to it. If you like your curry to have some real "oomph," this is the one to get. Garlic Naan: You can’t have Indian food without naan. This was soft, buttery, and had plenty of garlic on top. It’s a must have for dipping into the Butter Chicken and Vindalo sauces.

Finally an awesome Indian Restaurant in Metro Detroit - worth the drive! So tasty- delicious! Everything homemade & served with a smile on real china plates (sturdy steel utensils). Nice ambiance. I’m hooked after my first visit!

The food was. AMAZING… sooo good, definitely my favorite indian cuisine restaurant in the area. The server running the place was super kind and helpful with my choices and boy oh boy was he right! I got the Shrimp Korma and my friends got the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tika Masala and ofc we got THREE orders of garlic naan. Definitely coming back for that lunch special next time! ALSO i forgot to take a picture cause I was so excited to dive in, but I ATE THAT UP. #BEASTED
