Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We grabbed take out from Masala Kitchen on Saturday night. We had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, 2 Samosas and Naan. The food was some of the best Indian we have had since leaving Portland. Perfectly cooked, presentation was great, and the happy hour special was a nice deal. Highly recommend them for take out or when at Tall Man Brewing. Sorry no photos because we needed to eat.....Go check them out.

Hands down my favorite food at Tallman Brewing. Butter chicken, chicken Tikka, chaat, samosas, Aloo Gobi and the fluffy rice all delicious! And my personal favorite: garlic naan. Service is always top notch and prices are on par with all the other food trucks here. This one is my go-to every time!

I had the buttered chicken and it was absolutely amazing. I am so glad I stopped here. Anytime I pass through I will ensure to make my way here.
