Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

They specialize in khichdi which is a porridge made of lentils and rice. These is cooked with clarified butter adds a different flavor. Adding generous quantities of dry fruit like raisins, cashew, peanuts gives make it sumptuous and tasty. They also have usual Indian vegetation curries, sandwiches, chaat and breakfast items. We tried their khichdi, maska bun, missel paav, Dahi puri. Highly recommended.

A random spot I came across while searching for Indian vegetarian restaurant. This place is completely vegetarian and gives a cafe style vibe. We came here for lunch and ordered a couple of kichidis, chole kulcha, misal pav and aloo sandwich. We also ordered a couple of drinks. The service was quick. The khala katta was phenomenal and highly recommended. The kichdis were decent. The sandwich and misal pav were also fine. The star item is their chole and kulcha. This is the best I have had in the US. When you visit this place, chole kulcha is a must try item.
