Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The seaweed salad, I could eat everyday. We shared the pork dumplings. They were pan seared and so tasty. I got chicken yakimeshi which is fried rice with veggies and chicken. My hubby and daughter shared the Godzilla and Sporty Spice Rolls. They ate everyday last bite. I had rice left over that I’m looking forward to having for lunch.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in WI! I hadn't been back there in years since I moved, but they did not disappoint when I was able to go back last night. On one of the busiest nights of the year, their staff still made my group feel important. The food was incredible, as always, and I cannot wait until I'm able to go back again!

Lunch service was great, unfortunately the food not so much. My husband ordered ramen with pork tankatsu. I the lunch chicken tankatsu. Both the pork and chicken were extremely dark brown and all we could taste was old burnt oil. Once the waitress brought our check we did let her know it did not taste good. She said the kitchen did apologize too and asked they asked what they can do right. I felt bad asking for discount since my husband did eat the pork that cost $9.25. cost was the ramen was $28.75. Please don’t have waitstaff say “slight up charge” when you’re charging 9.25 for a small piece of pork.
