McAlister's Deli

I've been to many McAlisters. This place makes me believe customer service is not dead! All the wait staff were welcoming and provided friendly service. The sandwich was fresh; the soup hot, but not too hot. They even asked a few times if I needed a refill for my drink. I'm impressed, so much so, that I will visit more often. As I do, I will update this review.

OK, this is hard. I loved McAllisters, but something went terribly wrong. Their food is bland. Everything fresh seems to be gone. No broccoli and cheese soup. No bread bowls. No Angus beef, what happened. We paid $6 for 8oz macaroni for it to only be 4 to 6 oz. 4 to 6 oz is various depending on the person making it. By the way the sides are also 8oz, look at the photo. Can someone tell me why? And yes we did complain and ask questions, the answer? Thats just how McAllister is doing it.

I love this place. It's exceptionally clean and the sandwiches are large and made with fresh ingredients.
