Food is delicious but service is extremely slow every time we go. Today a line of customers waiting to order, two people behind the counter and only one taking orders. Second employee behind the counter clearly should have opened the other register but was moving slowly and never bothered to open another one. Please work on employee service and customer satisfaction.

I visit this place frequently. Food is fabulous and always fresh. I always use the drive through but had the opportunity to visit inside and the atmosphere was excellent. The store was clean , the employees are very nice and helpful. I got a chance to speak to the manager and she was nice and welcoming. If your looking for good health foods, visit McAlister's, they have a good menu and they well take good care of you. Definitely recommend it.

Great customer service. The staff was courteous and even went the extra mile making menu recommendations to save me money. The restaurant is very clean with a warm and family atmosphere. I definitely recommend McAllister's for a family outing or quick food trip while on the go.
