we ordered online and tipped as well, only to find out when we got home that the tooth picks had been shoved sideways deep in the sandwhich so you couldn’t see it. i bit into it. hurt very badly, was done to both sides of the sandwhich. our other sandwhich was made without key ingredients but the main upset is the tooth picks that had been shoved in at such a deep angle and so deep into the sandwhich that it was obvious it was on purpose. was this a lesson to not order an hour before close? i guess. we’ll be calling up there today. took one bite, hurt really bad, threw the rest away.

Food was fantastic! First time guest at this location. The staff was very kind. Mandi the shift leader was great at checking on the guest and refilling their drinks. She was also very professional. I will be back. Thanks Mandi and McAlisters! God bless.

5 stars — Outstanding Service from Hope! I had a fantastic experience at McAlister’s thanks to Hope. She greeted me with genuine warmth, handled my order with care, and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit feel personal. Employees like Hope are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend her!
