I love this location the staff is nothing short of amazing! I see V almost every weekend and I know when I see her it’s gonna be a good day! The managers Sam and Paige are also so good to me every visit. SHOUT OUT TO SAM SHE’S ALWAYS WORKING THE FLOOR AND BEHIND THE SCENES. I love the quickness that comes with getting my order, it always hits just right. I don’t know what I love more the food or the staff but I’m here for it! 💕

Every time I go to this McAlisters I have to ask to have my sandwich double toasted. It says on the menu that is is toasted, but never is. I make a big deal about it when I order. I have spoken to the assistant manager and she said the toaster was broken. They told me they just got a new toaster this last week. I still can't get it toasted. I always have to send it back. When I send it back they sometimes toast it, sometimes don't toast it, sometimes burn it, other times toast it with the veggies still on it. I keep saying I need to leave a review. This McAlisters is bad. All the others are good. Today I had to send it back and I told them to remake it and don't toast the avocado. I got it back burned with the avocado on the side. My spoon for my soup was also filthy and covered in food from the person that used it before me. Enjoy the pics.

The line looked very long but the staff worked to get everyone through more quickly than expected. Impressively, the food came out to our table even faster. I had just put my straw in my cup and it was there. Fresh, hot, and delicious. A few team members stopped by to check in and offer refills. Very good service and food today!
