Great service and a fantastic smashed cheeseburger. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly with that crispy smash on the edges. Everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re craving a good burger. The man who helped us made my husband a double even though he ordered a single and it was HUGE lol we all laughed. Just a great great place.

Located on the upper level at the top of the stairs paired with Mean Chic. I stopped in to the Lynnwood market for an early dinner after finishing up with a customer visit in Vernon. Conveniently located just north of the 405 this little shopping area has a bunch of good looking and smelling small restaurants with shared upper and lower level outdoor and sheltered seating. I needed a smash burger fix and wow did Mean Cow deliver! I tried the double with jalapenos with fries and water for twenty bucks. The crinkle fries were a tad undercooked but mostly crispy and generously seasoned. The burger on the other hand was absolutely perfect. Flavorful beef patties with crispy edges were generously cheesed and sauced, topped with bright green fresh, grilled jalapenos and caramelized onions this burger was not set down before I finished it. The bun was soft and chewy like it had been steamed but also had toasted edges which I simply must have on a smash burger.

Atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting. Our server was beyond attentive and about her business. Wait was about 10-13 minutes and food was hot and fresh. Flavors were FIRE. The burger was just the right, PERFECT. I got a double and it was just the right proportion. On the side we had hot wings and fried pickles. Husband said the fried pickles were a HIT along with hot wings. My only take away would be to box the wings and pickles separate because the pickle flavor got in the hot wings (that’s my personal preference but my husband didn’t mind it AT ALL)
