Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

If this is a medium salad I don't want to imagine the girl, the salads should be given fresh and not with the dressing inside! At the time of eating it, it's all watery, terrible service, I wouldn't go back to buy there

Solid concept, but service is a nightmare still. This was my third attempt since they opened about a month ago. I ordered online this time because of how long everything takes. It said they weren’t busy and my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the scheduled time, and waited another 12 minutes in the store while approximately 10 employees bumbled around. When I had asked about the status of my order, I was told “they’re still working on some things” and I said “what are they working on? It’s 1 salad.” That’s when we both realized that my salad had been sitting on the counter, waiting to be bagged to the entire time I stood in the store. I’ll give it a few months and try again maybe.

Salad was not a superfood; it was superBAD. Avacado was not ripe, the Quinoa was either undercooked or fried, blackbeans were canned. With all of the great restaurants in this area, my first visit here will be the last. Overpriced food and low quality.
